Scoot recently selected Lufthansa System’s Lido Flight 4D system to increase safety and reduce workload. Singapore Airlines has already been using the Lido Flight 4D software since 2020.

This will bring about increased operational efficiencies and productivity for our dispatchers and strengthen the synergy within the SIA Group across multiple facets, such as route monitoring and database maintenance.”

As per Lufthansa Systems, Lido Flight 4D is a modern, integrated flight planning system that considers all pertinent flight operations data and information, provides timely and accurate forecasts for flight times, distances, and headings, as well as real-time updates on weather and airspace conditions, all of which are based on certified, high-quality aeronautical data. Besides it also enables airlines to optimize their flying time, costs, and fuel consumption, resulting in fuel savings of up to 5%.
