Saudia has ramped its London-Riyadh capacity to triple daily from May 2023. The airline will deploy its Boeing 777-300 ER on the route. Including British Airways flights, there are a total of four daily flights on the route.
The airline will switch back to the double daily routine on the Riyadh-Heathrow route from October 29, 2023 when it will start its winter schedule.
British Airways will be operating daily flight on this route as a part of its summer schedule.
Saudia carried almost 295,000 roundtrip Riyadh-Heathrow passengers last year; with 378,000 seats for sale, up from 218,000 in 2019 and the passenger load factor of approximately 78%.
