SATS, the Singapore airport services provider, is on track to complete the US $1.3bn acquisition of French cargo handler Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) by March, according to local press reports.
SATS shareholders recently approved the purchase, which was agreed in September 2022 and would create the world's biggest air cargo business. The buy-out faces regulatory reviews by authorities in several jurisdictions, all of which look set to be concluded during March.
