Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) will start flying from Copenhagen to Bangkok on October 30 as part of its response to "an increased demand for leisure travel".
The thrice-weekly route between the Danish and Thai capitals will allow "many people enjoy the natural beauty of the country and the many opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, and sunbathing", SAS announced on May 2.
“The Bangkok route will offer a perfect entry point for wider Thailand and be a great option for both business and leisure travellers, "said SAS president and chief executive Anko van der Werff, President & CEO of SAS.
