Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) carried 1.6 million passengers in February 2023, up 64% compared to the same month the year before.
Revenue passenger kilometres increased by 61% and capacity by 33%, while the 1% load factor amounted to a 13 percentage-point jump.
“During the month, we have inaugurated our route from Copenhagen to JFK in New York as part of strengthening our US offering. We continue to prepare for a busy summer season and the launch of our 20 new summer season routes,” said Anko van der Werff, president and chief executive.
