Oman low-cost carrier SalamAir has received its 15th aircraft, a new A321neo. The aircraft was delivered from SMBC Aviation Capital's Airbus orderbook.
“This newest addition to our fleet marks the start of executing our strategic plan to reach 25 aircraft by 2028," said SalamAir chairman Mohammed Bin Abdullah AL Khonji. "SalamAir continues to support the aviation ecosystem in advancing Oman Vision 2040 by increasing tourism levels and contributing to the Sultanate’s economic diversification.”
SMBC Aviation Capital said it was “delighted to have been part of the delivery process” and had attended the transfer of title ceremony in Hamburg.
