Ryanair launches 2019 customer care improvements

Ryanair has unveiled its 2019 customer care improvements, which aside from a price promise on low fares, the airline is promoting its punctuality record, the comfort of its new Max aircraft, and a new customer care charter that promises to process EU261 claims in 10 days, and is adding a new 24/7 support line that connects in 2 mins. The airline has also launched Ryanair Choice – for an annual fee of €199, frequent flyers can secure free seats, fast-track & priority boarding.
