RwandaAir debt to be paid with bond proceeds

Rwanda intends to use part of the funds from its debut dollar-bond sale to pay down some of state-owned RwandAir’s debt.
Rwanda sold $400 million of debt last month – although it received orders of $3.5bn. The country is open to selling more debt if it needs to fund future projects.
