Royal Brunei Airlines opens up Australia with new Brisbane route

Royal Brunei Airlines has launched non-stop flights between Brunei and Brisbane. This announcement follows the launch of the airline’s daily non-stop route between London Heathrow and Brunei in October 2018. The opening flight to Brisbane will leave from Brunei on June 11, 2019.

With the re-instalment of its Brunei-Brisbane route, Royal Brunei Airlines hopes to inspire customers travelling from the UK to take advantage of its dual-destination flights by adding new destinations, including Kuching, Kota Kinabalu or Manila.

Karam Chand, CEO, Royal Brunei Airlines, says: “The reconnection of Brunei and Brisbane is a significant milestone that we are incredibly proud to announce. Our one-stop route from London to Melbourne has already proved very popular and we are delighted to be able to offer UK travellers an additional Australian travel destination.”

Adiel Mambara, UK & Ireland Country Manager, Royal Brunei Airlines, adds: “The UK-Australia market is extremely important to us and we are excited to be expanding our network by relaunching flights to Brisbane this year.”
