Royal Aero has acquired two Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, currently on lease to a leading European operator.

The company stated that its strategic investment in these aircraft marked a “significant milestone” in the continued build-out of its aircraft leasing platform, and which reinforces its commitment to long-term growth in the widebody segment.

“This acquisition reflects our confidence in the long-haul market and our ability to deploy capital into high-quality assets with strong lessee profiles,” said Paul Jackson, chief commercial officer at Royal Aero. “We’re proud to expand our platform with aircraft that align with our strategic vision and deliver value to our stakeholders.”

The acquisition was financed in partnership with volofin Capital Management.
