RIVE Private Investment expands team

RIVE Private Investment — a European investment company in energy and transportation, including helicopters — has expanded its team with five new hires. 

The company has appointed Mohammed Azahouani, Mariya Barrabe, Tiphaine Calloud, Shabnam Cathelain, and Pauline Gasquet.

Cathelain has joined the transportation assets team as an investment manager, contributing to the origination, analysis, and structuring of investments, mainly in the specialised aviation and maritime sectors. She brings over six years of experience at Societe Generale, including four years in asset based finance.

Azahouani joined the finance team as a financial analyst. He began his career in financial audit at Ernst & Young Luxembourg, specialising in the analysis of private equity players under LuxGAAP, IFRS, and ISA standards. 

Barrabe joined the investor relations team and brings over six years of experience at Access Capital Partners in investor relations and investment monitoring. 

Calloud has joined the finance team as an operational analyst. He has over 10 years of experience in accounting and paralegal activities, with solid expertise in office management, compliance, KYC, and commercial support. 

Gasquet joined RIVE as head of sustainability, bringing her expertise in sustainability and the integration of ESG criteria into investment strategies and processes. She has six years of experience in sustainability consulting. 

In addition, RIVE has promoted Antoine Sebag — a member of the transportation assets team — from investment manager to investment director, as well as Elisa Laurent — a member of the energy transition team — from associate to investment manager.
