Canada Jetlines has appointed Qatar Airways executive Rossen Dimitrov to its board of directors.
The carrier described Dimitrov as "constantly challenging the status quo by building a customer-centric approach to delivering future-proof aircraft, lounge and airport interiors, technology-enabled experiences and new service concepts that are the foundation of the airlines' customer experience".
Dimitrov was previously chief operating officer at Air Italy and chief guest experience officer at WestJet. According to Canada Jetlines, he is "presently" chief officer customer experience at Qatar Airways.
“Rossen’s experience and success as a senior executive in airline industry makes him a great addition to strengthen the Canada Jetlines board of directors,” said Eddy Doyle, president and chief executive.
