Qatar Airways adds additional flights to Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, Shanghai, Singapore

Qatar Airways has increased its frequencies to Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, Shanghai, and Singapore for the winter season, driven by increased global demand on these routes.

Starting December 17, 2025, Qatar Airways flights to Kuala Lumpur will increase from 14 to 17 weekly flights.

The additional services will offer extra connections between Southeast Asia, Jeddah, London, and Paris through Doha.

From December 15, 2025 to March 28, 2026, Qatar Airways’ weekly services to Lagos will increase from 10 to 14.

The increased frequency will enhance connectivity between Nigeria and Qatar Airways’ global network of over 170 cities, facilitating business and leisure travel to destinations such as Delhi, Guangzhou, and London.

From January 1, 2026 to March 28, 2026, Qatar Airways will increase its weekly services to Shanghai from seven to 10.

Finally, from January 12, 2026, Qatar Airways will deploy the Airbus A380 on select flights to Singapore.

This increase in flight frequency is part of the airline’s broader winter schedule enhancements, which have already introduced additional frequencies to more than 15 major destinations, including Cape Town, Dublin, London, Phuket, and Toronto.
