Punctuality has plunged at the main UK airports this summer according to the Civil Aviation Authority. Only 63% of charter flights were on time from July to September, compared with 74% in the same period last year. The punctuality of scheduled flights dropped from 80% in summer 2009 to 72% in summer 2010.
