Pivot Airlines has entered into a term sheet agreement with Avmax Aircraft Leasing for the lease of a De Havilland Dash 8-315 (MSN 578). The deal includes a purchase option.
The aircraft is currently in Avmax's Calgary facility, where it is progressing through a maintenance programme and a series of customer-specific modifications ahead of its planned entry into service in late first quarter 2026.
"Supporting operators with flexible fleet solutions backed by our in-house MRO expertise is the core to what we do,” said Avmax chief commercial officer John Green.
