Philippine Airlines retains 777-300ER lease from Avation

Philippine Airlines has not exercised the early termination option contained in the lease of one 777-300ER with Singapore lessor Avation. The early termination option has therefore expired.

“Avation intends to grow its narrowbody portfolio in the near term,” said Avation executive chairman Jeff Chatfield. Avation's fleet of aircraft is currently fully placed and being utilised."

The lease term for the 777-300ER will continue until its scheduled termination date in December 2029.
