Philippine Airlines (PAL) will deploy customer profiling and personalisation solution, Amadeus Traveller DNA. The software solution will offer real-time and comprehensive traveller data to the airline.

PAL chief information officer Aurea Patria Vidal added: ""It's about understanding the unique preferences, habits, and aspirations of our passengers, and using that knowledge to create tailor-made experiences that resonate with them.""
The solution is also integrated into Philippine Airlines’ own Altea Passenger Servicing System (PSS) to allow for more consistency across channels such as airline agents, travel agents, and online.
