ORIX Aviation inks inaugural unsecured bilateral revolving credit facility

Aviation investor and aircraft asset manager ORIX Aviation has successfully closed its inaugural Revolving Credit Facility with Bank of China Dublin Branch, marking the first time the two companies have collaborated.

“This marks a significant milestone for BOC Dublin Branch,” noted Jamie Benton, head of corporate banking, Bank of China (Europe) Dublin Branch. “This partnership not only underscores our commitment to strategic growth but also reflects the trust and confidence we place in ORIX Aviation’s expertise.”

“In addition, ORIX Aviation has strong shareholder support and is well positioned to continue to seek attractive financing options to support the growth of our business,” added Marie-Louise Kelly, chief financial officer at ORIX Aviation.

ORIX Aviation (a 100% subsidiary of ORIX Corporation of Japan) owns and manages over 200 aircraft, which are leased to more than 50 airlines customers located in over 30 countries. Its asset management clients include investors based in Japan, US funds and international banks and financial investors.
