Chinese police are investigating more telephone threats that led to the grounding of five flights across the country today. Flights operated by Shenzhen Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, and Juneyao Airlines, originating in the cities of Shanghai, Lanzhou and Nanjing were affected. Three of the flights made emergency landings following the threats that began at 8am and the others were delayed. This is the latest in a sustained attack on airlines in China using fake terror alerts.
