Oman Air employs District Sales Manager for new Manchester to Muscat flight route

To support the launch of the new flight route from Manchester to Muscat, Oman Air has appointed a new District Sales Manager for Manchester, Mr Feysal Nagi, who starts in his new role this week, he will be joined by additional sales support in the Manchester office over the next few weeks.

Feysal has experience of working for multiple airlines including Air Seychelles, Qatar and Kingfisher Airlines.  After studying for a degree in Foreign Languages in Paris, Feysal moved to the Seychelles to work in various roles for Air Seychelles.  In October 2000 he made the move to Manchester to work for Qatar Airways where he spent eight successful years before joining Kingfisher Airlines. He then took time away from airlines as the Regional Sales Manager for Southall Travel’s B2B arm ‘The Holiday Team’, but his heart remained with aviation and Oman Air is delighted to welcome him back to the industry.

Feysal Nagi, Oman Air district sales manager Manchester said: “I am truly delighted to be joining the growing Oman Air team in the UK and have been an admirer of the airline for quite some time. I cannot wait to put my energies towards the challenge of increasing the revenue, passenger numbers and yields on the new daily service from Manchester to Muscat and beyond.”

The new daily flight from Manchester to Muscat is now in service, with the inaugural flight arriving in Manchester from Muscat at 19.05hrs on 1 May.
