NovoAir to sell five ATR72-500
Bangladeshi airline NovoAir is selling five ATR72-500. Aircraft remarketing company Airstream, who has been mandated to sell the aircraft, said the 1999-2002 built aircraft are immediately available for sale. Airstream read in a statement: ""We’re delighted to continue our close and longstanding relationship with NovoAir, having recently sold a further two ATR72-500's, MSN’s 805 and 816, on their behalf to Yeti Airlines, Nepal."" NovoAir had purchased its first aircraft from Airstream in 2012 after it sold the airline two ERJ-145s on behalf of Aircraft Solutions. Airstream had subsequently assisted NovoAir in disposing its three ERJ-145s to National Airways, as well as acquiring its ATR72 fleet from BQB and Air New Zealand.
