Norse Atlantic has reported record results in August 2024 with its highest load factor, and cargo volume carried to date.
""August has been a truly record-breaking month for Norse Atlantic, with our highest-ever load factor, passenger numbers, and cargo volume carried since our inception,"" said the company's founder and CEO Bjorn Tore Larsen.
The month saw an average load factor was 87% for the airline, up one percentage point from the same month last year. It carried 191,291 passengers in the period, up 26% over last year, over 661 flights, including 11 charters operated during the month. Flights were up 27%, with capacity up 30% compared to August 2023. In addition, revenue per passenger kilometre (RPK) was up 32%.
