Norse Atlantic has launched flights between London Gatwick and Washington D.C. The airline will operate the route six flights per week deploying its Boeing 787 aircraft. The inaugural flight was operated on June 1. The flight was greeted by traditional water canon salute at Washington airport

Norse Atlantic exclusively operates Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft in a two-class configuration, Economy and Premium. Passengers can choose from three fare types, Light, Classic and Flextra.
Washington D.C. is now the fourth US destination served from London Gatwick joining New York, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale which will be replaced with Miami on September 17.
Over the summer season, Norse Atlantic will serve London Gatwick from seven US destinations, with inaugural services from Los Angeles, San Francisco and Boston commencing soon.
