Norse Atlantic begins flights from Rome to JFK

Norse Atlantic Airways has commenced daily flights between Rome and New York JFK.

“We look forward to welcoming passengers on board and providing them with exceptional service and value on this exciting new route,” said Bjørn Tore Larsen, the chief executive of Norse Atlantic Airways.

Norse Atlantic Airways’ inaugural flight took off on June 14, 2023, from Oslo to New York. Now, the airline offers a range of destinations, such as Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Oslo, London, Berlin, Rome and Paris.

"The addition of this flight to New York JFK helps strengthen our direct air offer to the United States, which will see record levels during the 2023 summer season,” said Ivan Bassato, chief aviation officer of Aeroporti di Roma. “We are confident that the carrier's new offering model, together with the evening schedule that allows to benefit from a full day in Rome before departure, will enrich the market with additional solutions that can intercept a wider market segment and stimulate new demand on direct connections between Rome and the Big Apple.”
