Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) has added industry veteran John Higgins and investment professional Yadin Rozov as board observers.
Irish accountant Higgins was a founding partner of lessor Avolon and is a board member of Emerald Airlines, which operates Aer Lingus' regional network. He has held senior executive positions at SMBC Aviation Capital and GPA and is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.
Rozov s the founder and managing partner of Terrace Edge Ventures LLC and was a Partner of GoldenTree Asset Management LLC, a leading global credit asset management firm, and partner and managing director at Moelis & Company, where he headed the financial institution advisory group. He is on the board of directors of Midwest Holding, Neo Performance Materials and Oramed Pharmaceuticals and is a graduate of Columbia and Rutgers universities.
