Simon Hickey, head of the Qantas international operations, has commented that Singapore authorities refused requests to set up a carrier in the country although the Australian airline remains eager to revisit the matter should their attitude change in the future.
Hickey told The Strait Times: "The Singapore Government said 'no'. We're still open to hearing if that (the decision) changes but you take the umpire's decision."
