Ketevan Alexidze has been appointed as the new director of the Tbilisi International Airport. This appointment is part of a new strategy, which includes optimization of the airport.
The company's priorities are an operative interaction of airports in Tbilisi and Batumi, standardization of aviation safety, development of regional airports, upgrading operational processes and introduction of contemporary models of finance and administration.
