Air India and the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), headed by the prime minister, have begun its search for a new chair and managing director to replaced Arvind Jadhav. Given the airline’s very public troubles, it is no longer the coveted position it was a decade ago.
Potential candidates have not been named by officials probably a result of the reluctance of people to apply for the post.
