Complete Aircraft Group (CAG) has partnered with global IT services provider, TEKenable, to develop a new maintenance software solution initially supporting boroscope inspection services.
Described by CAG as a new tool ‘aimed at streamlining compliance and reporting processes through real-time, cloud-based data management,’ the system – which has been built from the ground up in conjunction with TEKenable’s TEKaviation team – is available via any connected desktop or mobile device.
“The goal of this project was to use available technologies to create a powerful, one-stop solution,” highlighted Jason Davies, business development manager at Complete Aircraft Group. He added that the “intuitive dashboard”, which allows each step of the boroscope engine checks to be uploaded in real-time, will heighten efficiency: “slashing the work hours required to get the engines back into service”.
CAG says it is already developing the potential benefits of its software to a range of commercial and business aviation customers, and other functionality and modules are planned to be integrated to the software, including CAG’s existing personnel competency package.
