National Airlines renews AFI KLM E&M contract

AFI KLM E&M and National Airlines, which have already been working together for over three years, are to continue their partnership after the American airline decided to renew its contract with its MRO services provider. AFI KLM E&M will continue to deliver engine support services for the CF6-80C2 power plants equipping the two Boeing 747-400BCF airplanes operated by National Airlines. In addition to carrying out shop visits, the services provided will also include the provision of spare engines during maintenance operations.

Fabrice Defrance, Senior Vice President Commercial AFI KLM E&M, said: “National Airlines’ decision to extend our cooperation is a true mark of trust as regards our services. We are very pleased to be putting our relationship on a more lasting footing and to continue working with a major cargo airline like National Airlines.”

For National Airlines’ President Mr. Edward Davidson, “in cooperation with AFI KLM E&M we are pleased to renew the engine services agreement with an MRO supplier that provided excellent maintenance support over the past years and created a true partnership.”
