Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) has appointed John Higgins and Yadin Rozov as non-executive Board Directors, effective 1 October 2023.

Both were appointed as Board Observers in February 2023 with the intent of being formally appointed as board members later in the year as part of NAC’s board refreshment and succession plan.
Consequently, in December this year, current board members Patrick Blaney and Martin Cooke will retire from the Board.
Klaus Heinemann, Chairman of the NAC Board, said: “We are pleased to welcome John and Yadin as independent non-executive Directors of the Board. I am confident we will continue to deliver on our strategy with their support. We would like to thank Patrick and Martin for their contributions during their time on the NAC Board.
