MYAirline has selected Bangkok as its first international destination. The airline plans to start its first international flight on June 28, 2023 connecting Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (KLIA2) to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
Later, the airline plans to add daily flights to Don Mueang International Airport from July 1, 2023.
"Twice-daily flights to both airports will commence on Aug 17, 2023, bringing up the total to four daily flights to the city,” it said in a statement today.
MYAirline will be the first Malaysian airline to fly to both airports in Bangkok thus catering to all traveller profiles.
Commenting on the launch of international routes Rayner Teo, CEO, MYAirline said: “The international route introduction signals the start of Phase Two of the airline’s expansion plans, and it comes at a right time when tourism demand is increasing.”
The airline is also offering a zero-base fare campaign for early-bird passengers.
