Montenegro Airlines has announced the sale of most of its Fokker 100 fleet.
The F100s have been progressively grounded by the airline over the last three years, and the fleet’s age averages nearly 24 years. The grounded aircraft have all been cannibalised for spares to keep the remainder serviceable.
The carrier now has only two operational F100s, and the rest of its fleet consists of EMB-190 and EMB-195 aircraft, three of which are leased.
