The Milestone Aviation Group (Milestone) is to provide two Sikorsky S-92 Search and Rescue (SAR) helicopters to CHC Helicopters (CHC), the helicopter services and maintenance, repair and overhaul provider.
The two Milestone S-92 SAR helicopters will be used to support a multi-year contract recently awarded to CHC by Norway’s Ministry of Justice for search and rescue (SAR) services. Delivering in January 2022, the helicopters will be based in Tromsø, Norway, and will commence missions shortly thereafter.

Milestone already leases to CHC aircraft deployed across a variety of its missions, including oil and gas, EMS (Emergency Medical Services) and SAR.
