Menzies Aviation has appointed Yogesh Parekh as chief safety & training officer, effective December 1, 2025.
The aviation services company said this newly created role reflects its “ongoing commitment to enhancing its global safety culture and ensuring that training remains resilient, future-ready, and aligned with the needs of its growing network”.
“Safety is our number-one priority, and having highly experienced safety leaders across our business is critical," said Menzies Aviation CEO Philipp Joeinig.
"The creation of the chief safety & training officer role reflects our commitment to continually raising the bar and we are pleased to see Yogesh stepping into this position.”
Yogesh brings over 30 years of aviation experience to the role. Previously, he has held various positions in operations, safety, audit, and risk, including three years as SVP of group risk before taking up his most recent position as SVP of risk & GSE MEAA in 2024.
