Mente Group, LLC, the Dallas, Texas-based international aviation advisory firm, has appointed Colleen Kelly as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, effective immediately. Reporting to Brian Proctor, President and CEO, Colleen will lead all personnel staffing needs for Mente’s clients and the business aviation community. She will be based out of Mente’s Northern California office.
