McLarens Aviation has promoted John Bayley to global technical director. He will take on the newly created role alongside his existing responsibilities as regional director for Europe.
The new role will focus on driving technical excellence across the company's global network.

Bayley commented on his new role: “The aviation insurance sector must keep pace with developing aerospace technology while supporting the existing industry. With a phenomenal team of engineers and adjusters covering the smallest to largest and most basic to highly complex losses, we want to make the best use of our existing knowledge base while continuing to recruit quality individuals to enhance it.”
