Tamas Fellegi, national development minister of Hungary, has confirmed that three parties from the East are interested in buyer national carrier Malev. Fellegi told a national newspaper that he did not see any danger in Asian multinationals making acquisitions in Europe and that talks on the possibilities of financial cooperation involving Malev have already taken place in Beijing and Moscow.
Russia's state-owned Vnesheconombank holds 5% of the airline's parent company, with the government owning the rest.
