Lufthansa Technik's independent platform for digital products and services, AVIATAR, has launched its new reliability solutions product. The solution will consist of multiple applications that can be enhanced with feature extensions tailored to individual customers.
The product enables its users to gain insights and identify highlights within the data, supports root-cause-analysis & authority reports, and tracks actions including their effectiveness. Customers can create professional live data dashboards containing charts on fleet performance indicators.
AVIATAR product lead reliability solutions Jan-Philipp Graesch said: ""Simply providing our customers with a Fleet Performance solution was not enough. Thus, we were looking for a centralised application that could integrate multiple available data sources and still provide a self-explanatory interface for performance monitoring as well as root cause research and analysis.""
