Lufthansa Group’s newest airline, City Airlines, is commencing recruitment for aircrew positions as it prepares for its operational launch in summer 2024.
“We are getting started and creating prospects for new and experienced colleagues with attractive working conditions in Germany,” highlighted Jens Fehlinger, CEO of City Airlines. For those interested in switching within the Lufthansa Group, offers can be negotiated based on voluntary transfer conditions, especially for Lufthansa CityLine employees.
New training courses will commence next year before the airline commences its flight operations in summer 2024 with the A319. City Airlines will primarily serve to strengthen the short-haul network, including providing feeder services for Lufthansa; strengthening its hubs in Munich and Frankfurt.
