Lufthansa has announced that Ulrik Svensson, Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer has informed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company that he has to resign from his office for health reasons.
Svensson has announced that he will resign from his office and terminate his Executive Board activities with effect from Monday, April 6.
Svensson has been a member of the Board of Directors since January 1, 2017. Prior to this, he had been responsible for the finances of the Swiss airline Swiss.
