LOT Polish Airlines has launched a new service from Warsaw to Stavanger, Norway. The route will become part of its regular schedule, operating all year, four times per week.
The departing LO489 flights and returning LO490 flights will be operated on Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
Robert Ludera, director of the network bureau at LOT, noted that are currently an estimated 110,000 Poles living in Norway, making them one of the largest ethnic groups in the country.
“I do believe that our direct flights to Stavanger will facilitate travel between Poland and Norway, complementing the existing connections to Oslo," he said.
“The Stavanger and Rogaland region is not only one of the most important oil industry centres in Europe, it is also an area that stands out thanks to its tourist attractions which continuously lure increasing numbers of travellers."
