Logistics and air cargo business Kuehne + Nagel has announced Vesna Nevisitic will stand for election for the board of directors at the company's annual general meeting in May, as Renato Fassbind steps down.
Nevistic was a partner at McKinsey and a managing director at Goldman Sachs. She runs a consultancy and is a board member at Compagnie Financière Richemont.
"On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, I would like to thank Dr. Fassbind for his many years of successful service on the Board of Directors of Kuehne + Nagel. At the same time, we are pleased to propose Dr. Nevistic, a business leader with an excellent network in Switzerland and internationally, for election to the board of directors of Kuehne + Nagel International AG," said Joerg Wolle, chairman.
