Werner Aero has acquired 12 E190-100 and CF34 -10E6 engines from JetBlue Airways.
The company said this purchase will further strengthen its position in the aviation aftermarket and expand its capabilities in the high demand E-Jet market.
All airframes and engines will be delivered at Ascent Aviation's facility, located at Pinal Airpark in Marana, Arizona from June 2025 through February 2026.
“This acquisition represents a continued commitment to supporting the E-Jet platform,” said Werner Aero CEO Tony Kondo. “With the delivery of these 12 aircraft, we will be able to offer our customers increased access to quality assets ultimately supporting fleet reliability and reducing operational costs.”
