JetBlue has expanded service on four routes at Fort Lauderdale, commencing from June this year.
JetBlue's SVP of revenue, network, and enterprise planning Daniel Shurz said the expanded schedule reflects the “strength of demand” in Fort Lauderdale.
From June 11, the airline will increase flights to Cartagena, Colombia to daily year-round flights, up from four flights per week.
From June 18, the airline will operate daily, year-round flights to Jacksonville, which has been a limited spring break route. The airline will also operate twice-daily, year-round flights to Dallas-Fort Worth and Tampa from June 18, both up from once daily flights.
“We’re proud to continue investing in Fort Lauderdale with more year-round flying and added frequencies, ensuring it remains one of the strongest and most connected cities in our network,” said Shurz.
JetBlue has added 20 additional destinations from Fort Lauderdale over the past year.
