General Dynamics subsidiary Jet Aviation said on May 9 that it has delivered a "bespoke" ACJ319neo interior to an undisclosed "VVIP" customer.
The interior, described by the company as "contemporary art deco", was installed by Jet Aviation Basel after a "close collaboration" over eight months with Colin Radcliffe, the customer's interior architect.
“Every interior we create is completely bespoke, hand-crafted by our team of some 200 skilled artisans in Basel, Switzerland,” says Christoph Fondalinski, vice president completions, Jet Aviation, who praised the workers ' "meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship".
“The customer requested a modern take on the Art Deco period, accented with beautiful, intricate detailing throughout the entire cabin,” says Grischa Schmidt, senior director of Jet Aviation's design studio, which said the revamped aircraft was delivered to its owner in March 2023.
