JET AIRWAYS REVENUE CLIMBS FOR 12TH STRAIGHT MONTH

Jet Airways has posted its 12th straight month of an increase in international passenger revenues. For the month of October, the rise was 18% overall. Jet has retaining the leading market share in the Indian airline market with 25% and marked a record on-time performance. Jet Airways and JetLite posted 92.5 % and 92.8% respectively on the critical service parameter of on time performance in October 2010.

The improving global business environment along with the holiday season has helped boost international passenger traffic. Jet also credited the growth to the increasing impact of Jet Airways’ international codeshares and introduction of new routes as well as strategic marketing and network initiatives.
