JAL TO DECREASE CAPACITY ON VANCOUVER ROUTE AS AIR CANADA

From March 27, JAL will deploy a Boeing 767-300ER to replace its Boeing 777-200ER plane on the flights between Tokyo's Narita Airport and Vancouver International (YVR).

The Boeing 777-200ER seats up to 440 people, depending on how many classes. The Boeing 767-300ER seats up to 290 people.

This news comes as Air Canada is increasing its service between Vancouver and Japan. Daily nonstop service will begin from Vancouver and Toronto to Narita on March 3rd. There will also be nonstop Air Canada flights to Haneda Airport.
