The Irish High Court has granted an interim injunction to ground an aircraft owned by La Société Congo Airlines at Dublin airport where it was undergoing maintenance by Eirtech Aviation, over an alleged €10m unpaid debt owed by the Congolese government to US company, Miminco, and two American citizens, John Dormer Tyson and Ilunga Jean Mukendi related to the ownership of two diamond mines they purchased in the African nation.
