Intrepid acquires A330 on lease to China Airlines

Intrepid Aviation has announced the acquisition of one A330-300 equipped with two General Electric CF6-80E1A4 engines. The aircraft (MSN 1367) was manufactured in late 2012 and has since been on lease to China Airlines. This is the second A330-300 aircraft Intrepid has acquired on lease to the Taiwan-based airline.

“We are pleased to add another A330 to our portfolio and look forward to extending our partnership with China Airlines”, said Colin Bole, Intrepid’s Chief Commercial Officer. “The A330-300 is the workhorse of China Airlines’ regional fleet, and constitutes the core of Intrepid’s current portfolio. It is therefore only natural that we continue our rapid growth with such a high-class combination of lessee and asset.”
